Live sheep need to be delivered to our yards, where they stand overnight to settle before being slaughtered in our hygienic facility. Each animal is identified and marked upon delivery. Our friendly staff assist in guiding your cutting preferences before butchering and packaging.

Secure a booking date by contacting our team, and complete the sheep cutting list on your booked date, with the option to customise it to your preference.
