1. Our recommended option. We collect your live animal from your property and transport it to our purpose-built facility, where it stands overnight to settle before being humanely processed the following morning.
2. Opt for on-site processing by our skilled slaughterman, minimal blood on-site, with all offal and hide removed.
The animal is then aged for 8 days in our chiller for maximum tenderness before expert butchering and packaging.
Rest assured, regardless of the kill option you choose, we meticulously document your animal's details throughout the process, including beef descriptions, ear tags, and NAIT numbers, ensuring a personalised experience with Counties Custom Killing.
