Another keen hunter, Adam enjoys deer stalking outside of work.

Adam has been with the team a good number of years where he has learnt and built on many skills within the industry.

Like many of our staff Adam is versatile in his roles here and works throughout the processing plant from picking up live stock from our clients, slaughtering and processing.

Co-Owner / Meat Packer

Being part of the CCK family her entire life (as she was literally born into the business, being Raewyn’s daughter). Stephanie is passionate about providing good home kill services.

Recently coming back into the business after having time away while qualifying as a vet nurse and starting a family, Stephanie is excited to get in amongst the business once again and work alongside her husband Adam.

Co-Owner / Manager

Raewyn is the backbone of our operation here. She has been in this business from day one, starting the business approximately 30 years ago with her ex-husband.

Since then, it has grown into the reputable and trusted home kill service you can rely on. Raewyn will be assisting you throughout the entire process from bookings, to completing processing forms, hunter requests and final invoicing.

Chris

Chris

Chris being another of Raewyn’s children, was brought up killing and processing next to his parents who built Counties Custom Killing some 30+ yrs ago. After finishing a Mechanical Apprenticeship Chris jumped on board buying into the Family business, 10 years ago. Working within the butchery for a number of years building on his skills and client rapport.

Being very entrepreneurial Chris now lives in Omori Taupo, where he is also a co-owner and operator of a beautiful accommodation/function lodge.

Stacey

Stacey

Butcher

With 30 years of working on the knives under his pouch, in many busy retail butcheries, he is an extremely knowledgeable and equally hard working, enthusiastic butcher. Here at CCK boning, breaking carcasses down and butchering the final cuts are his main tasks.

Stacey is a family man with three kids, jams on the guitar and enjoys cricket in his spare time.

Simon

Slaughtermen/Butcher

Simon, another well experienced butcher. Previously working in both retail and home Kill butcheries before joining the team at CCK. Simon uses all his valuable stills throughout the butchery. Home killing in the paddock, slaughtering in our premise and butchering. A friendly face with great attitude!

Sam

Slaughtermen/Knife hand

Sam is our fresh young buck in the factory. Relatively new to the home Kill industry but a good shot with a rifle. Sam works as one of our slaughtermen on and off site.

Another keen hunter and gun enthusiast in his spare time.

Sharnee

Sharnee

Meat packer

Sharnee is one of the friendly staff who will assist you at the factory front door. Extremely versatile in her role from making small goods such as sausages and salamis, processing customers' orders and order collections.
